the shittest summer - weatherwise!

I now have a private physio who is moving things a lot quicker...trying out new equipment, and he has got me up and walking. The plan is to get a new standing frame, which will enable me to stand up for prolonged times, building strength and doing more stuff standing up like playing the piano, scratching, watching TV.

I have been having piano lessons, which are going well...getting closer to becoming a hotel lounge pianist!

My old wheelchair kinda fell apart on me a couple of weeks ago...tyres coming off and stuff..one of the side affects of living on the barbican..cobbled streets..but hopefully getting a new and improved version soon.

whats happening..

Now the album is finished, i'm kinda banging my head against the wall to get some new ideas for some new music...i think its going to be very different. I've started going back down to music zone, having productive sessions with Steve, banging away on the drums and playing some laid back lounge jazz on the piano. hopefully we will move into some production soon.

My QFO is poorly!...in the process of being fixed, but I have my old technics 1210 and samurai mixer which is a good fill in in the meantime.

Just got a cold yesterday, but gonna sweat it out down the gym on friday at marjons, where i have been going recently to build up some strength...no slacking!

Brain trifle

Now I'm happy and settled into my new flat I expected that allot more people would come and visit me. I'm not sure whether its them being lazy, busy in life or they don't know where I am.
I was hoping that my album launch party would also act as a reminder that I'm still here and put me back into peoples conciousness, as it was a great opportunity show people how far I've progressed.

I get the feeling that some of my friends find it hard coming to terms with what happened to me.  As much as I understand that, nothing happened to them! it happened to me! and if they are a true friend then they will be there for me whatever my situation.

I'm not ready to hang up my turntable just yet!

New Album!! Global Assault

Its finally finished!! been quite allot of hassle and work but I've had some immense help completing it, getting it out there and in organising a launch party.

Thanks to my family, friends, Kenny Hectyc (who drinks all my coffee) and Plymouth Music Zone for there support!
